Our History
MFP acquired property in Khorog, in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Oblast (GBAO), where it has constructed a state-of-the-art food processing and water treatment facility.
We purchased land and a building suitable for the factory on the outskirts of Khorg.
All of the equipment for the production line as well as the water filtration was thoroughly researched and we consulted with world-class experts.
The 10,000 square foot building also contains office space for the administrative staff and 6 4-star residences for people visiting.
Our Factory and Location
Nestled amidst the towering heights of the Pamir mountains and adjacent to the serene Panj River lies the home of Mountain Food Products (MFP) – Khorog, Tajikistan.
Our Team
The Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Oblast in Tajikistan’s mountainous east is the spiritual and cultural homeland to the Pamiri.
Sadriya Marodmamadova is the Managing Director of MFP-Khorog since 2013. She holds an MBA degree from Hyderabad Osmania University and has become an integral part of our company, without whom our achievements in Tajikistan would not have been possible. Sadriya’s unwavering resourcefulness and sharp intellect make her one of the most remarkable individuals we have ever come across. Her unwavering toughness was a must-have trait in a region where challenges are abundant, and results demand a lot of energy and organization. Throughout various difficult and complex projects, Sadriya proved time and again that she possesses the necessary drive and expertise to bring them to completion.
